STEP 1

STEP 2
- Log into your cxagents.com account to read the Cathay NDC Connection Terms and Conditions under the Policies and Procedures section.
- Complete the respective registration form and agree to Cathay NDC Connection Terms and Conditions.
- Upon completion of the registration form, please submit them back to ndc_commercial@cathaypacific.com or your local account manager.
STEP 3
Our Cathay NDC team will contact you within 3 to 5 working days for next steps
*For non-IATA agents, please register with IATA for a TIDS number. The TIDS number is mandatory for connecting to Cathay NDC via any of the above connection methods.
