For group passenger name amendment after ticketing, simply select “ Group Ticket Name Amendment” in the New Service Request. Submit the request and track its status in the Service Request section.
Receive useful reminders about group RLOC(s), we will notify to your registered email if registered RLOC is on schedule changed, ready to name-in and ticketing completed.
