To provide your travellers with a consistent and reliable airport experience, we will be standardising the airport and online check-in closing time to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time across our network below from 25 June 2024 onwards.

We also recommend that your travellers check in online before the trip to the airport. Online check in is available from 48 hours prior to departure for Cathay members and 24 hours prior to departure for for non-members; your travellers can also skip the queue with self-service kiosks at airports where they are available.
