With the welcome news regarding the end of quarantine in Hong Kong, many of our corporate customers will be resuming their travels.
We wish to highlight the importance of correct BCODE entry in both the booking and on the ticket as this will ensure any rewards or incentives from the eligible flown sector will be accrued for your valued customers.
Entry for Booking (Business Plus Only)
- Please input OSI CRID for Galileo/Sabre/Abacus/Worldspan bookings:
- Please ensure SSR CRID is received on each flight segment once OSI CRID is added
- Separate OSI CRID entry for Cathay Pacific flights

- Format on ticket is BCODE + ACCTNBR + Z (Example: BCODEHK90001Z)
- BCODE can be entered in the ‘Form of Payment box’ or the ‘Endorsement box’
