We are writing with some important information to help your travellers prepare for their upcoming flight from London Heathrow.
With expected congestion in all areas at Heathrow Airport, there are three essential things we need your travellers to confirm and be aware of to ensure they are all set and ready to fly.
*All documents must be in English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese. For more details, please refer to the travel checklist we have specially prepared for our passengers travelling from the United Kingdom.
Once the passenger has all the documents ready, they should submit them to us using Fly Ready within 48 hours prior to the flight departure for verification, we will inform the passenger by email if the submission successful or of additional information is required. This step is critical to confirming their entry to Hong Kong and will save signification time at the airport.
Passengers will only be able to check in online once they have received a successful confirmation from Fly Ready, which is available up until 4.5 hours before flight departure.
Passengers should arrive at our check-in counters in Terminal 3 Zone C 3 to 4.5 hours before flight departure.
If the passenger has not been successful with the Fly Ready submission, he/she must arrive at our check-in counters between 4 and 4.5 hour before flight departure for document verification. However, we strongly recommend passengers use our Fly Ready service to confirm their documents in advance to avoid the risk of being further delayed at check-in on the day.
They will not need to use Fly Ready and they can check in online 48 hours before their scheduled time of departure. Please however ensure they have all the required documentation needed for their final destination.
If passengers are transiting in London and have not been issued a boarding pass, they should head directly to the departure gate no later than 75 minutes before flight departure.
We want to make sure your travellers’ journey is as smooth as possible, and we are here to help them in any way we can.
We are constantly monitoring and adapting to the latest travel information and restrictions. For more details regarding the immigration and quarantine requirements of entering Hong Kong, please visit our COVID-19 information centre.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you and your customers on board soon.
