Complimentary Business Class Chauffeur Request


Free roundtrip transfers to Dubai International Airport will be provided to Business Class passengers travelling from Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.

Complimentary chauffeur service is offered exclusively to Cathay members or employees of business travel contracted companies. 

Passengers arriving in Dubai International Airport with confirmed airport transfer bookings will need to approach the Europcar counter in Terminal 1.

Important Notes:

  • All details are mandatory and must be provided to book the transport service.
  • This service is only available for tickets issued in the UAE.
  • This service must be requested for a minimum of 72 working hours in advance.
  • If no acknowledgement email is received within 24 working hours of submission of the booking form, please send a follow-up email to auhres@cathaypacific.com or call our Reservations & Ticketing office at +971 (2) 418 0877.
  • Any amendments or cancellations to a confirmed service must be made at least 24 working hours before the service is scheduled to be provided. Changes made to flight segments do not automatically modify the airport transfer booking.
  • Our working hours are between 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • This service should only be considered confirmed if a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address specified in the booking form.

Q1. What happens when I change the flight itinerary?

Ans. Our flight and airport transport reservation systems are not linked. Therefore, any changes made to flight segments will not automatically amend your chauffeur drive booking. This needs to be done manually by sending an email to auhres@cathaypacific.com at least 24 working hours before the service is scheduled to be provided.

Q2. How do I contact you to cancel / amend my booking on a weekend / public holiday in case of an emergent situation?

Ans. On weekends and/or public holidays, all cancellation / amendment requests must be routed directly through Europcar via phone on one of the following numbers:

Q3. What are your working hours?

Ans. Our working hours are between 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Q4. What happens if I am unable to notify you of a cancellation or amendment to a confirmed service more than 24 working hours in advance?

Ans. Failing to intimate CX about a cancellation or amendment to a confirmed service at least 24 working hours before the service is scheduled to the provided will result in the service being considered utilized for that leg. If the passengers’ flight has been rescheduled for that leg, he/she will need to make personal arrangements for ground transport for the revised flight/date.

Q5. How long will the car wait for me?

Ans. Our cars will wait for a maximum of 15mins after the scheduled pick-up time. If the passenger is still unavailable by this time, the service will be cancelled. Furthermore, the service will be considered forfeited for that leg and the passenger will need to make his/her own ground transport arrangements.

Q6. How do I get my car on arrival into Dubai?

Ans. Please proceed to the Europcar counter located in the arrivals hall at Dubai International Airport, Terminal 1 where your driver will be waiting for you.
